Return Policy
We accept returns within Fifteen (15) days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new condition. We make the final decision if the item is returnable or not.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, have no deodorant stains, no perfume smell, no makeup stains, or animal hair to receive a refund. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are eligible for store credit only in the amount of the current price of the item.

We’re sorry your item didn’t work out but we made it easy to return! You have two options
Option 1

Option 2
Returns will be refunded to your form of payment (credit card, PayPal etc.) with a $5 shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded to you per label created.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges:
Due to high order volume, we do not process exchanges but will provide a store credit valid for an entire year for you to shop at your own convenience.


NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping fees are non-refundable.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 2 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 2 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:
Use your phone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to [email protected], including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
Indicate “Defective” or “Damaged” in the subject line.
Include the first and last name on your lovebydandu account & order number

You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 48 hours.
